FAMILY OMELET

INGREDIANTS

2 Eggs

2 Tbsp of Milk/Cream

1/3 Cup of Any Omelet Fillings

2 Tbsp of Butter

1/4 Tps Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together two eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk or cream, and one-quarter teaspoon each of salt and pepper until blended. Beat well for a fluffier omelet.
  2. Melt 2 table spoons of butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat until sizzling.
  3. Pour in the eggs cramble and let sit for a minute or two, until the bottom starts to set. Use a spatula to spread the eggsgently and evenly around the pan.
  4. When the top starts to set, pourone-third cup of fillings. Flip the empty half over the fillings and serve immediately.
