Place bag in a simmering pot on medium heat for 8-10 minutes or puncture a small hole in the bag and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or empty contents in taskillet with 1 TBSP of oil and heat on med/high until warm and crackling.

Tender Baked Pork Ribs Slathered in Hoisin Glaze 
Instructions: 
Ribs: For best results remove Ribs from bag and place on sheet tray, Glaze with hoisin and bake at 325 for 12-14 minutes. Or heat in the bag in a simmering pot on low/medium heat for 14-16 minutes or puncture a small hole in the bag and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Once warm remove parchment paper from bag and discard. Top warm Ribs generously with Hoisin glaze.

  1. Heat the water: Fill a saucepan with several inches of water. Heat the water on high until it reaches a boil and then lower the heat until the water is at a bare simmer(just a few bubbles coming up no wand then)

  3. Turn off heat, cover pan, set timer for 4 minutes: Turn off the heat and cover the pan. Set a timer for 4 minutes (or count out loud to 60, four times ). At this point the egg whites should be completely cooked, while the egg yolks are still runny.

Dry Brown Rice
Instructions: 
Rice: 
Rinse Rice.Combine 1 part rice with 2 parts water in a saucepan. Bring to aboil. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy.
