Trussed Roast Pork Loin with Madeira Sauce and Sage

Heat in the bag in a simmering pot on low heat for 12 minutes or puncture a small hole in the bag, place in a microwave safe dish on high for 3 minutes. Slice pork into a 1/2 inch medallion, top with Madeira Sauce over the top.
