A: Every week, Chef Thomas Naylor of Ke Nui Kitchen delectable, gourmet menus of prepared foods and locally sourced products from our partners at Aloha Fresh to feed families across Oahu. You can subscribe to receive a Kau Kau Box every Saturday made by Chef Thomas of Ke Nui Kitchen.
Q: What safety precautions is Kau Kau Box taking during this uncertain time?
A: Our boxes are handled and delivered by seasoned hospitality professionals, all of whom are equipped with and required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves and face masks. They are also required to use sanitizer spray to wipe down the boxes and delivery vehicles.
Q: How do I receive my Kau Kau Box?
A: Every Saturday, you can choose from the following options:
- Pick-up your Kau Kau Box between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at Ala Moana Shopping Center (off of Atkinson Drive).
- Opt for home delivery island-wide between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for an additional $15 (you must be home to accept delivery).
Q: Can I request substitutions in my Kau Kau Box?
A: We currently only allow weekly subscribers to make special substitution requests to their Kau Kau Boxes (though substitutions are not guaranteed).
Q: Do I need to create an account before I make payment?
A: Yes, creating an account is mandatory before you make payment.
Q: How to Pause, Skip or Cancel my subscription?
A: If you are leaving for town or need to skip/pause your subscription, no worries we have your back. Email or call us 1 week prior to your next Saturday box to request us to Skip or Pause your subscription.

A: Steps to update card details in account:
- Login into Shopify store
- Go to account tab in menu
- On account page go to Left column (Manage Subscription)
- On Manage Account page scroll down to Payment Information tab
- You can see your current card details -> Click Edit
- Update card details and click Save Changes
