You have selected either pickup or delivery as your method to receive your Kau Kau Box on Saturday. Here is what to expect!
From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Each Saturday, you will receive a text message with a shorter window time frame for delivery day of. In addition, a text message will be shared when your driver is approaching the shipping address. Please ensure someone is home to receive the box and immediately refrigerate upon being delivered.
Weekly Pick up
From 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ala Moana Center, Atkinson Drive Entrance (Ground Level Parking) Call this number if you are lost or have any issues (808) 476-7295.
When you first sign up for a subscription to a Kau Kau Box (a “Plan”), you are charged only for the first week of the Plan at the time of your Plan selection. All Plans are continuous subscription plans, and you will be charged the applicable price listed for the Plan that you select on a basis of your choice (weekly or bi weekly). Your card will be processed on Sunday prior to the week of your box selection. Example: Your subscription is set to receive a future April 10th box, your card on file will be charged to reserve your box on April 4th.
Following your Plan selection and placement and receipt of your first weekly order, you may cancel or modify a subscription 7 days prior to your box distribution date by calling (808) 476-7295, or by emailing us at email@example.com However, any amounts charged to or paid by you prior to such cancellation or modification will not be refunded, and cancellations or modifications may not impact any order for which you have already been charged, depending on the status of the order.
